- To create and manage driver accounts.
- To review driver applications, verify identity, and review compliance documents.
- To manage deliveries, returns, route distribution, referrals, and payout calculations.
- To generate W-9 records and other business documents requested through the service.

- To comply with tax, legal, operational, and record-retention obligations.

How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. Data Retention

Important: When a user deletes an account, InkfinityNj Drive removes app access immediately and deletes or anonymizes personal data that is not required to be retained. Some tax, payout, identity-verification, fraud-prevention, and legally required records may be retained for the period required by law.
