These Terms of Use govern access to and use of InkfinityNj Drive, a driver-facing mobile experience and related services made available through inkfinitynj.com.

InkfinityNj Drive is intended for drivers who want to apply for or use the Inkfinity delivery platform. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information, and to keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information and uploaded documents are current, truthful, legible, and lawfully submitted. Submitting false, altered, or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
The app may display package counts, deductions, penalties, reserve amounts, and income-related summaries. These values are operational tools and may be subject to review, adjustment, or reconciliation. Tax, payout, and compliance records may be retained as required by law.
You can initiate account deletion directly in the app from Settings > Delete Account. Deleting the account removes app access immediately. Some information may still be retained where required for tax, payout, legal, operational, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, workflows, and operational requirements may change over time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms of Use.
